Enterprise foundations
Founders cut their teeth in enterprise networking and cloud infrastructure roles across financial services and logistics sectors in Sydney.
Recognised the gap
After seeing small business clients consistently underserved by MSPs focused on large contracts, the idea for a genuinely SME-focused IT firm takes shape.
Annapurna IT Systems founded
Launched from a home office in Sydney with three founding clients and a commitment to honest, proactive managed IT.
First 20 clients onboarded
Rapid growth through word-of-mouth referrals. Built out the monitoring stack and standardised onboarding documentation.
Self-hosted infrastructure practice launched
Growing demand from privacy-conscious clients led to formal service offering around on-premises infrastructure.
Expanded across Greater Sydney
Team grows to support on-site coverage from Parramatta to the Eastern Suburbs. Passed 40 active managed clients.
