Onboarding & Deployment

How long does onboarding take?

Most SME environments are fully onboarded within 2–3 weeks. Larger or more complex environments may take 4–6 weeks.

What if we already have an IT person internally?

We work alongside internal IT staff regularly — often handling the infrastructure and monitoring layer while your internal resource handles day-to-day requests.

Do we need to sign an annual contract?

No. All our plans are month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business every month by delivering results than trap you in a contract.

What happens if we want to leave?

We provide full documentation of your environment including all credentials, configs, and asset registers. You own your infrastructure — we just manage it.

Do you cover hardware procurement?

Yes. We can quote, procure, and deploy hardware on your behalf through our vendor relationships, often at competitive pricing.

How do we report an issue?

Via email to your support address, a web portal, or direct phone/Teams message to your account manager. For P1 incidents, phone is fastest.
